Technically this is from yesterday but today I got home around 1 after going out with a bunch of the other volunteers, slept in until 9, hung around the house for an hour or so, then went to the pool and laid out on the lawn for most of the afternoon [drying out, studying, chatting, listening to the never-ending mix of Albanian/Kosovar pop music being pumped out at top volume over the pool/restaurant grounds]. The few pictures I have are definitely not going here!

Anyway, this was taken as Lydia and I ran to catch up to the Kamenica-bound taxi whose driver could not decide if he was going to stop for us or not until we physically pulled open the doors. It looks as though they are employing the slash and burn method of farming, although I don’t know enough about that technique or agriculture in general to say.
