This document I found when searching for info about Mark Sopiani has this to say about him,

Mark (Zef) Sopiani. (26.04.1950, shqiptar nga Dobërdolli/Dobri dol, komuna e Rahovecit/Orahovac, bujk, tre fëmijë, pjesëtar i UÇKsë).

I am assuming that’s his birthday. He was an Albanian from Dobërdolli/Dobri dol, in the municipality of Rahovec, a farmer, father of three children, and a member of the KLA army. Again, according to this document, he was killed by the Serbian army while off-duty on September 4, 1998.

I can’t attest to how impartial any of the information provided there is.
